Boeger, Minnie S. (20 JAN 1881 - 11 DEC 1964)

Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie S. Boeger, 83, route 2, Athens, were held Monday afternoon, Deb. 14, at the Lulloff Funeral Home in Colby. The Rev. Armin Duchow officiated, and burial was made in the Colby Cemetery.

Mrs. Boeger died at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, 1964, at the Leahy Nursing Home in Abbotsford.

Minnie S. Boeger was born Minnie Fasse in Sheboygan Falls, Jan. 20, 1881. Following her marriage to Anton Boeger, the couple settled in the town of Johnson, Marathon County, where they farmed until 1961, when Mr. Boeger died. Mrs. Boeger spent the past two and one-half years at the Leahy Nursing Home.

Surviving are three sons, Melvin Boeger of Wausau, Leslie of rural Athens, and Verland of rural Stratford; and three grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Boeger was preceded in death by four sisters and five brothers.
