Mr. and Mrs. Pete Luzinski of Illinois are vacationing at the former’s home
and helped her parents celebrate their golden anniversary.
Mr. and Mrs.
Frank Smoczyk and family, Thorp, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Mendalski and family, Hammond,
Indiana, Mrs. Adeline Krokett, Chicago and Richard Menda, Berkley, Ill., and Mr.
and Mrs. Joeseph Pletka and children helped Mr. and Mrs. Pete Mendalski
celebrate their anniversary and also spent Monday evening with them.
Mrs.
Mary Spitza of Menden City, Michigan, sister of Peter Mendalski, vacationed at
the home of her brother here and also attended the Golden anniversary
celebration at Gilman on Sunday, August 23.
Mr. and Mrs. Alois Klama of
Minden City, Mich. And Mr. and Mrs. Isadore O’Parka of Ubly, Michigan spent
several days vacationing at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Mendalski and helped
them celebrate.
Mr. and Mrs. Isadore O’Parka, Mr. and Mrs. Alois Klama
and Mrs. Mary Spitza returned to Michigan on Wedneday afternoon.
Mr. and
Mrs. Joseph Pletka and children and Mr. and Mrs. Tom Mendalski and family spent
Thursday evening with Mr. and Mrs. Pete Mendalski and daughter.
Mr. and
Mrs. Louis Test of Calumet City, Indiana and Mr. and Mrs. John Stencil of
Athens, Wis. observed Mr. and Mrs. Pete Mendalski’s Golden Anniversary with
them.
After a month’s stay at her parental home here, Miss Martha
Mendalski left by car Friday with her sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs.
Pete Luzinski to Illinois.
Mr. and Mrs. Milton Kodl, Jr. of Berwyn,
Illinois, visited at their parental home in Thorp.
Mrs. Milton Kodl and
daughter Deborah accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Milton Kodl, Jr. to visit with Mr. and
Mrs. Gale Kienholz and sons in St. Paul, Minn. on Sunday
