to Spencer in 1948 to take over the family homestead. They farmed together until

She loved to travel
with her family and friends, going to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, yearly gambling
trips to Las Vegas and many other states. Her only regret was that she never
went to Japan.
Eleanor was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church,
PCCW, YMCA, and Forum 55. She also volunteered at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Eleanor was a loving wife, mother grandmother, great
grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed telling stories, always made everyone
around her feel special and loved. She will be dearly missed.
