Willard (2 October 1969)
Banns of marriage have been announced at the
Holy Family Catholic Church by Rev. Michael Mertens for Barbara McFarlane of
Willard and Roger Ashbeck of Greenwood.
Mr. and Mrs. James Suda of
Gurnee, Ill., are the parents of a daughter born September 28. Mrs. Suda is the
former Joan Kitzhaber. Grandparents are Mrs. L. A. Kitzhaber of Willard and Mr.
and Mrs. Bandy Suda of Gurnee.
Tony Fortuna was admitted to a Marshfield
hospital last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Machan of Lyons, ill., visited
at the Jerome Stremikis and Rudy Volk homes last week.
Joseph Stremikis
of Eau Claire was home for the weekend. He attends the university there.
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Pernic and children and Mr. and Mrs. James Acker and family
of Milwaukee were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Horn, Sr. Mr. and Mrs.
James Acker and children also were guests at the John Perme home.
Mr.
and Mrs. Norman Paquette of Neillsville and Mrs. Bernard Schmidt of Loyal were
weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ludwig Jordan.
Mr. and Mrs. John Kuznacic
and children have returned to Sheboygan after spending some time at the Tony
Gosar home. They were accompanied by Mrs. Mary Gosar, who plans to visit
relatives in Sheboygan and in Waukegan, Ill.
Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Kaltinger
and children and Mr. and Mrs. John Kaltinger left Saturday for Chicago, where
they visited relatives. They returned Monday.
