In a ceremony performed Saturday, Feb. 8, 1941
at Clinton, Iowa, Miss Violet Kern became the bride of Alton Seroske, both of
Chicago.
The bride was dressed in a two-piece navy blue dress with
matching accessories, and pink hat. She wore a shoulder corsage of pink
carnation. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Kern, route 2. For the
past three years the bride has been employed in Chicago.
The young couple
will reside on the north side of Chicago where the groom is employed as an
electrical inspector.
The Gleaner joins with their many friends in
extending congratulations and best wishes for a long and happy wedded life.
