The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Pinter, route 1, Abbotsford, was baptized Michael John Sunday afternoon, May 3, at St. Bernard’s Catholic church, Abbotsford, with the Rev. Raymond B. Schulz officiating.  The sponsors were his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Al Hickman Jr. of Colby.  Preceding the ceremony a dinner was served at the Pinter home at which the guests were Mr. and Mrs. Hickman and family, Mr. and Mrs. John Pinter and Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Pinter and family, rural Abbotsford.
