Mallig, Anna (6
OCT 1915)
Oswald Pischer and Miss Anna Mallig were united in marriage
yesterday at the Globe church. They were attended by Misses Elsie Mallig and
Hattie Zickert and Alvine Pischer and Arnold Garbush. The bride wore a beautiful
gown of white messaline and the bridesmaids wore gowns of white crepe. The bride
carried pink and white carnations. At the conclusion of the ceremony a wedding
supper was served at the home of the bride’s parents and the event was duly
celebrated. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gottlieb Mallig and a young
lady of high attainments and is held in high esteem by a large circle of
friends. The groom is a young man who has chosen farming as his life vocation
and is making a success of it. He is an industrious and capable young man and
reliable in every respect. The Times voices the sentiments of the host of
friends of the young people in wishing them a happy and prosperous married life.
