Hewett (7 Oct  1915)

Mrs. Dave Wood and daughter, Mrs. John Parker, drove to Black River Falls and Melrose last week to visit relatives, returning home Saturday.

Jerry Randall and wife and Lon Cook and wife autoed to Black River Falls to the fair last Wednesday, returning Friday. The fair was very good there considering the rainy weather. A lot of Neillsville people were out on the grounds the third day.

Born to Mr. and Mrs. Earl Wood Oct . 1st, a girl.

Walter Durst came home from Humbird Tuesday, where he has been working the past few weeks. He hurt his shoulder.

Mrs. Nora Tregner and sons, John and Neil, spent last week Sunday at Lon Cook’s.

Geo. Hart, Jr., is moving onto his farm near Humbird.

Mrs. Walter Amidon will be here Tuesday from Melrose for a visit with friends and relatives.
