Dudei, Ida (20
Oct 1915)
On Wednesday afternoon of last week Miss Ida Dudei and Carl
Radtke were united in marriage by Rev. Brandt at the Globe church. The bridal
couple were attended by Miss Alma and Hulda Dudei and Chas. Kupka and Frank
Zickert. The bride wore cream colored messaline and carried yellow roses and the
bridesmaids wore white silk. A celebration of the event was then held at the
home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Dudei. The bride is a most
winsome and estimable young lady who is pleasantly known by a large circle of
friends here and about Globe. The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Radke of
town York and is a young man of sterling character and uprightness and is
capable and energetic. The young couple will make their home with the groom’s
parents through the winter and will then make a home for themselves. Their many
friends extend to them their earnest congratulations and wishes for a long and
prosperous married life.
