Miller, Mary C. (25 DEC 1881 - 1 MAY 1965)

Mrs. Mary Catherine Miller, 83, died May 1, 1965 at the Havenet Nursing Home at Owen after a prolonged illness. Mrs. Miller was the mother of Mrs. William DeHaan of Abbotsford, and made her home with her from 1957 until she went to the nursing home in April 1959. She is survived by six other children, 22 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Miller, the former Mary Catherine Ross, was born Dec. 25, 1881 at Bradford, Ohio. Her marriage to Floyd Lomax Miller took place Dec. 8, 1901, at Arcadia, Neb. They lived in Nebraska and alter in Bemidji, and then Barnum, Minn.

Mr. and Mrs. DeHaan left for Barnum where the funeral and interment will take place Wednesday afternoon.
