School commenced Monday in School District No. 1 after a one month vacation.
Freeman Allen and wife of Loyal spent Thursday and Friday of last week with
the latter's sister, Mrs. C.B. Esselman.
John Lyon left Monday morning
for the soldiers home at Waupaca, where he will make his future home.
Ellen and Walter Elmer of Greenwood, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Haupt and family of
Beaver, and Mr. and Mrs. H. Swieso were Sunday guests at P. White's.
