A meeting of the Greenwood Roller Mill Co. was held in Volk's Hall Wednesday
afternoon, March 27th, 1912.
One hundred sixty-eight shares of stock were
represented in person.
The meeting was called to order by F.W. Shrimpton.
H.H. Hartson was elected chairman and F.W. Shrimpton secretary.
The
stockholders then proceeded with election of a board of five directors, which
resulted in the election of E. Bowen, Wm. Huntzicker, Frank Zetsche, E.F.
Wollenberg and H.H. Hartson.
F. W. Shrimpton then addressed the meeting
briefly with statistical information relative to the business of the company.
Immediately following the stockholder's meeting the board of directors met
and elected the following officers: E. Bowen, president; Wm. Huntzicker, vice
president; E.F. Wollenberg, secretary and treasurer; F.W. Shrimpton, manager.
The business is now entirely a home institution and owned by Clark County
people.
The business has always been prosperous and there is every reason
to indicate a continued growth in the volume of business.
