Visitors at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. Haskell Catlin were their son Franklin and a friend Mr. Serenea Arnold, a
Pre-Med student from Guam who is attending the University of Wisconsin Eau
Claire.
Miss Marian Henninger returned
home from the Neillsville Memorial Hospital Monday.
Mrs. Walter Ebert, Mrs. Fred
Kuester, and Mr. and Mrs. Darrel Horn, of Greenwood, drove to Sun Prairie on
Sunday where they visited with Mr. and Mrs. Milton Molle.
Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph Wenzel, of
Sullivan and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Radke, of Oconomowoc, spent Monday at the
George Zuehlke home. The ladies are
sisters of Mr. Zuehlke.
Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Raab attended
the funeral of their daughter-in-law’s father, Mr. Albright of Borth, Sunday.
Mrs. Leland Raab is their daughter-in-law.
Mrs. Jesse Raab received word
Sunday of the death of her cousin Mrs. Leonard Pantser of Wisconsin Rapids.
Mrs. Floyd Christie, who has been
a patient in the Neillsville Memorial Hospital for some time, returned home
Monday. She is still quite lame from
her fall down the stairs.
Mr. and Mrs. James Stevens and
family, of Sun Prairie, spent the week end at the homes of their parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Stanley Stevens and Mr. and Mrs. Chris Olsen, and also visited with
their grandmothers, Mrs. Clara Nelson and Mrs. R.K. Stevens.
Mr. and Mrs. James Christenson
attended a meeting of Postal Clerks held at the V.F.W. Hall in Wausau on Sunday
afternoon.
Sunday the following helped Mrs.
Arthur Olsen celebrate her birthday which was May 3rd: Mr. and Mrs.
Delmar Pieper and family, Colby; Mr. and Mrs. Allen Luber and family, Mrs.
Mathilda Otto, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Rueth and Mark, Mr. and Mrs. James Helm and
family, Alana Zepplin, and Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Pieper and Karen.
Charlene Clouse, Faith Clouse,
Priscilla Kruger, Glen Bennett, Cindy Correll, and Don Correll attended a youth
banquet at the Marshfield Armory Friday evening, April 30.
The Noeldner sisters entertained
at a banquet and Hootenanny at the high school at Fall Creek on Tuesday evening,
April 27.
