Another good man has gone wrong. Frank Zook has shaken the dust of Humbird
in this land of sunshine and plenty, and has taken up his abode at Glen Ullin,
state of North Dakota, there to homestead it and fight blizzards, prairie wolves
and coyotes. Well, all wish Frank success.
Miss Nellie Cresviston went to
Black River Falls, Wednesday noon to attend the fair and visit friends a short
time.
Mrs, James McBride died at her home in this village, Thursday
afternoon, after a week’s illness. The funeral services will be held Saturday
afternoon at 2 o’clock at the church and the burial will be in the Houghtonburg
cemetery.
