C.H. Brown left Monday for Eau Claire. He was drawn on the United States
jury, which met Tuesday morning at ten o'clock.
George Adnerson is now
the owner of a Ford auto, puchased of Martin Christenson.
August Storm
traded his farm in the town of York last Saturday for a saloon property in
Colby. He received $500 in addition. He will take possession in July.
The
Modern Woodmen will celebrate the Fourth here on a large scale, in fact they
expect to have the largest and best celebration that we have ever had here or in
this vicinity.
The Lutheran Church was decorated in honor of the wedding
which took place at two o'clock yesterday. The contracting parties were Miss
Agnes Wehling and Mr. Edward C. Rhode, both of them from prominent families of
this vicinity, and the wedding was performed by Rev. Kemens.
