Mrs. Elenora (Schuld) Long, 46, of Chicago, Ill.,
died there Saturday. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. from St.
Mary’s Catholic Church in Neillsville, with the Rev. George M. Nelson
officiating. Burial was made in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Georgas Funeral Home was in
charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Long was born May 15, 1923, to Leander and
Julia Weber Schuld in the Town of York. She received her education here; then
moved to Chicago, where she was employed and spent the remainder of her life. On
December 24, 1946, she was married in Waukegan, Ill., to Frank Long, now
deceased.
Survivors include two sons, Jeffery, with the army in Vietnam,
and James of Wauconda, Ill.; a daughter, Audrey Long of Wheeling, Ill.; three
sisters, Mrs. Louis (Josephine) Schmidt of Eau Claire, Mrs. Norbert (Margaret)
Schlegelmilch of Neillsville and Mrs. Floyd (Marilyn) Opelt of Island Lake,
Ill.; and four brothers, Alfred Schuld of Wauconda, Ill., Romaine Schuld of
South Milwaukee, Gerold Schuld of Wheeling, Ill., and David Schuld of Wisconsin
Rapids.
