Gerhardt, Elsie (23 May 1886 - 24 November 1969)

Funeral services for Mrs. Walter Gerhardt, 83, of Greenwood, who died November 24 were held November 28 at 1:30 p.m. from the Georgas Funeral Home in Neillsville, with the Rev. Lee Holmes of Marshfield officiating. Burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.

Pallbearers were: Clarence Verhulst, Viv Carteron, Art Syth, Otto Voie, Lawrence Cox, and Arleigh Syth. “The Old Rugged Cross” and “Nearer My God to Thee” were sung by Kendall Smith. Organist was Mrs. Jess W. Scott.
