Sidney Garvin of Spokane, Washington was calling on old friends and neighbors last week.

Mrs. Sherman Davis and son Willie were Neillsville visitors Saturday.

R. Popp went to Richland County on a visit Saturday.

Joe Bird sold his farm last week to Mr. John Pizer of Richland County.

Ed Allen moved onto the Ducklow place Monday.

Nate Drake is making preparations to build a new barn this summer.

Wm. Rowe and Abie Turner are at work at Gordon Davis this week putting in a new stairway.

Mrs. Olive Brown of Veefkind took dinner with her daughter Mrs. O. Davis Tuesday.

Gordon Davis made a business trip to Granton Tuesday.

There will be a basket social and Friday evening, March 20 and the one at school house in district #8 on March 17th.

Mrs. Sherman Davis received the sad news Monday that her father Andrew Heath had passed away at his home in Arlington, Oregon, one day last week.

Gus Schmidtke left for the Dakotas again Wednesday.
