Mrs. Lena Nebling has been
staying with Mrs. Wm. Krause for a few days.
She returned to her home at Neenah last Thursday.
Edwin Haltaufderheide was seen on
our streets a week ago Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Martin Nelson spent
Sunday at Herman Schultz.
Miss Jennie Nelson and Miss
Hattie Schultz spent the latter part of last week at Martin Nelson’s.
Mr. and Mrs. Herman Thiel went to
New Holstein last Saturday to attend the funeral of the former’s
brother
Henry Thiel.
Mr. Willie Fischer, who has been
staying among relatives here, returned home Monday.
Mrs. Glen Snow returned home from
Grand Rapids where she has been staying with Mrs. Louis Sherman.
Little Agnes Ramer who has been
very sick is reported some better.
Miss Lillian Christenson and Miss
Libbie Kleiner will start for Washington the last of this week.
Mr. Ed Duchow and son Leonard are
busy hauling stones from the Wm. Yankee place.
They will put up a new dwelling house this summer.
Miss Hattie Schultz and Miss
Jennie Nelson attended the funeral of Franklin Horn near Mill Creek last Friday.
Miss Letia Paulson is staying
with her sister Mrs. John Cattanach.
Miss Laura Ziegahn spent Sunday
afternoon with Mrs. Magdalen Davis.
Neighbors, friends and relatives
spend an enjoyable evening at Herman Thiel’s last week Thursday.
