A surprise party was given Saturday evening, Nov. 2, at the home of
Carl Salzwedel in honor of his birthday. The evening was spent in playing cards.
Mrs. Schueltz, who has been visiting relatives here, returned to her home
east of Loyal on Wednesday.
Miss Helen Davis called on Gusta Dittner
Sunday, Nov. 3.
Mrs. Lucht and Mrs. Vogt called on Mrs. Duermeyer
Tuesday.
Miss Mary Chamberlain called on acquaintances here the past
week.
Fred Dittner, Emil Klein, Will Dittner and John Klein left Tuesday
for Gilman where they will hunt deer. We wish them success.
Fred Wehrmans
have just finished threshing. Joe Dunn did the job.
A surprise party was
given at Chas. Wolf's Saturday evening in honor of Ed Wolf and Roy Adams. A nice
crowd was in attendance.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Rossow visited at John Person's
Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Schoettler visited at Fred Degen's Sunday.
Miss Gusta Dittner spent Sunday afternoon at Schoettler's.
Mr. and
Mrs. Ed Wolf spent Sunday at Wm. Dittner's.
