Rev. Paul Hull went to Spencer Wednesday to see Elder McManus, who was so
terribly burned in a fire there last week.
Ole Paulson, while working at
the Foster landing across the river, had a log roll against his leg last
Saturday, breaking it above the ankle.
About eighty persons enjoyed the
Valentine party at the home of Mr. and Mrs. F.M. Taylor Monday evening.
Letters have arrived from earl Williams and Theo. Smith, who it will be
remembered, went west last summer. They spent some time in California and
finally went to Australia.
The new Foster brides is completed and the
track will be put down at once.
