Krultz, Robert Allen (Police Department Training - 1970)
Robert Allen
Krultz, 23, son of Postmaster and Mrs. Michael Krultz, Jr., of Neillsville, is
one of two men who will fill vacancies in the Stevens Point police department,
according to Chief of Police Ray Kulas of that city. The men will be in recruit
training for the next four weeks and then will be assigned to designated shifts
and will continue with recruit training under the coach-pupil system. Under the
system they are assigned with seasoned officers in field operations until it is
determined by their shift commander that they are able to function on their own.
