Dr. C.H. Brown went to Lemon, S.D. to look over his farm. He will return to ten
days.
William Lemling and wife, who were called to Gresham on account of
the illness of their son Will, returned on last Saturday. Will has recovered and
accompanied them for a visit here.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Winterhalter of
Allenton,, Mrs. J.W. Gaus and Joe, and John Winterhalter of Hartford visited at
the B. Christman home the fore part of the week. They returned yesterday and
today.
C.H. Brown has purchased the lots just north of the William Wilson
home and has let the contract for the digging of the basement and putting in the
foundation for a model dwelling house. Fred W. Draper will also build a fine
residence just north of his father's home this summer. There are others who
expect to build this summer.
