Pearl Fox came town from Two Harbors, Minn. last week
and is visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Redwine and her old
acquaintances.
The ball game played here between West Beaver and
Longwood, Sunday, May 25, resulted 10 to 7 in favor of the Beavers.
Pearl
Fox, Mrs. Redwine, Mrs. Richard Walter and Mrs. Scovel visited at Arthur Himes'
last Sunday.
Sunday school has been discontinued here on account of Mr.
Sinclair's and August Stabnow's children having the whooping cough.
Ezra
Scovel took a load of marriageable girls to the ballgame at Longwood last
Sunday. Ezra has got lots of cheek.
The ballgame at Longwood last Sunday
between the West Beaver and Longwood teams resulted 20 to 19 in favor of
Longwood's team.
Will Thwing is working with his team for John Sullivan.
