Mr. Barker, the rural mail carrier, states that the best piece
of road, of the 25 miles he drives over, is that taken care of by Henry Jacobi.
The work done by Mr. Jacobi in rolling and dragging, has resulted in a piece of
road that is smooth as a floor and a pleasure to drive over. (Abbotsford
