Mrs. Albert Gall and Mrs. Feutz
of Nevins were guests of Mrs. R.C. Norman Saturday and Sunday.
T. Haddegan of Neillsville is
putting in the new Acetelyn lights in Joe Wiertz’s hotel and saloon.
Max Opelt shipped a car of oats
Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. John Altenburg and
daughter Etta and Emma visited the J. Tremeling family in Fremont last Sunday.
Oscar Johnson had an auction sale
Thursday.
A. Gotter and daughter Selma and
Mr. and Mrs. A. Viergutz and daughter Irene were Marshfield visitors Friday of
last week.
Mrs. Chas. Buss and Mrs. John
Schier are quite ill and under the doctor’s care.
Mrs. Robert Teatz visited friends
in this vicinity this week.
School closed in the Brooks
District last Friday for several weeks’ vacation.
The Lynn School will close Friday
for one week’s vacation.
Max Opelt and W.C. Beecher autoed
to Marshfield Tuesday.
Mrs. Walter Sternitzky returned
from her trip to Oshkosh, Saturday.
Mrs. August Teatz gave a feather
bee to a crowd of her friends Tuesday.
Richard Gotter has purchased the
cheese factory at Lindsey and moved family and household goods Saturday.
Carl Opelt is visiting his son
Will, at Lindsey this week.
Miss Addie Breseman visited Lulu
Beecher at Granton Thursday.
Mrs. R.C. Norman was shopping in
Marshfield Tuesday.
Mr. and Mrs. Max Opelt and Mrs.
R.T. Washburn called on the H.B. Holmes family in Granton Sunday.
R.C. Beecher and daughter Lulu of
Granton spent Sunday at W.C Beecher’s.
Max Opelt will give an Easter
dance at the Park, Saturday, April 18th.
