Wedding vows were repeated by
Miss Geraldine Hoefs, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hoefs, rural Auburndale, and
Dennis Erickson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Erickson, rural Unity, Saturday,
October 16th.
The Rev. T.P Bradtke, pastor of
Christ Lutheran Church, Marshfield performed the 3 p.m. ceremony at which the
bride was given in marriage by her father.
The bride chose for her wedding a
white floor length gown with a lace bodice and satin skirt and carried a fan
shape arrangement of red roses centered by an orchid.
She wore a pillbox headpiece.
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Hebert of
Appleton served as matron of honor and best man, and Miss Linda Erickson, Unity
and Harvey Heck, Greenwood the bridesmaid and groomsman.
Mrs. Hebert wore a lavender
taffeta with netting street length dress with a matching pillbox headpiece and
Miss Erickson’s dress was in pink and lace taffeta with a matching pillbox.
The reception and supper were
held at the Rondivoo Club, route 3, Stratford.
The bride attended Marshfield
Senior High and has been employed at Mirro’s Plant in Two Rivers.
The groom is a 1963 graduate of Loyal High School and is a mechanic for
Lake Park Oil Co., Manitowoc where they will make their home at 117 West St.
