Mr. and Mrs. Ben Stanley entertained Mr. and Mrs.
H. Bostwick and family of Gemmeke Settlement, Mr. and Mrs. Len Shaw of Loyal,
and Mrs. Amy Christie and son Fred of Christie, on New Year's Day.
Mr.
Jas. Tompkins and son Earl attended the funeral of Gladys Mills in Christie
Wednesday afternoon.
James Syth Sr. and James Jr. and Will Potter spent
Saturday night at home, returning to camp Sunday afternoon.
Miss Ruth
Weast is visiting friends in Neillsville for a couple of days.
Joe
Christie and wife, Mrs. James Syth and Myrtle attended services at Rutger Chapel
New Year's Day.
Miss Geneva Loft returned to Fond du Lac Saturday
morning.
Mr. and Mrs. James Syth and Myrtle, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Christie
and Walter Hubbell attended an oyster supper given by the Odd Fellow Lodge
Saturday night.
