Grandma Foemmel was quite sick
Monday night, but at present is O.K. again.
Carol Cornwell of Neillsville
came Tuesday to begin work for Truman Davis.
Carl Foemmel returned home from
the West where he has been for several years.
Truman Davis and family spent
Sunday afternoon at John Pietenpol’s.
Pearl Beechler went home
Wednesday evening of last week to see her brother-in-law.
The Windfall Corner Birthday club
met with Mrs. Effie Davis last week Wednesday and tied off quilts.
Frank Krejci and wife visited the
latter’s sister, Mrs. Donahue near Greenwood one day last week.
Jake Shafer lost a horse one day
last week and bought another from Russ Paulson.
Fred Foemmel Sr. bought a horse
of Ross Paulson last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Roy Wright will move
into Ruth Wentworth’s house on the old King farm as soon as Herman Smith
vacates.
Hugh Berg carried mail Tuesday.
Lucille Davis spent Sunday night
with Marjorie Pietenpol.
