An enthusiastic baseball meeting was held Monday night in Hank
Johnson's Barber Shop. A ball team was organized and the following officers
elected: R.A. Masters, manager; C.J. Carter, captain; Harold Stabnow, secretary
and treasurer.
Following is the lineup of the new team:
• Oscar
Johnson, Glen Armstrong - pitcher and shortstop.
• Harold Stabnow, Elmer
Johnson - catchers.
• Harry Palms - first base.
• Arthur Haglund, second
base.
• Roy Masters - third base.
• Claude Carter, right field.
• Geo.
Johnson - center field.
• Harry Heaslett - left field.
The manager is
endeavoring to get a game for Sunday on the home grounds and it is likely there
will be one.
