FRANK STURGEON FINAL RITES HELD TUESDAY

At 9:30 Tuesday morning funeral services for Frank Sturgeon, 77 were held at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Father H. L. Crubel read the final rites with burial being made at Riverside Cemetery.

Five step sons and a son-in-law, Wallace, James, Steven, Merrill and Raymond Gault and John Wyer served as pallbearers.

The deceased, a former Owen resident, passed away Wednesday of last week at a hospital in Anaheim, Calif., where he had been a patient for three weeks.

Frank sturgeon was born December 1, 1887, in Withee, and had lived in Owen and Superior before moving to Anaheim, Calif., two years ago.

Mr. Sturgeon was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Owen.

Survivors include his wife, three daughters, Mrs. Della Lees and Mrs. Clara Pinkeert, las Vegas, Nev., and Jonnette Sturgeon, at home; a son, Everett Sturgeon, Everett, Was.; and three sisters, Mrs. Bert Morley, Owen; Mrsl. Margaret Brandt, Chippewa Falls, and Miss Theo Sturgeon, Bellingham,, Wash.

He was preceded in death by two brothers.

Among the relatives and friends here for the services from out of town were: Mr. and Mrs. John Wyer and children, Michele, Patrick, Valerie and Jackie, of Ripon; Mr. and Mrs. G. Wallace Gault of Superior; Mr. and Mrs. Steven A. Gault and family of Bristol, R. I.; Merrill Gault, Kenosha; Sp/4 Raymond L. Gault, USAF, Germany; Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Dux, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Keuer, Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Gault, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Hoit, Mrs. Alvina Gault, Mrs. Minnie Gault of Neillsville, Mrs. William Hughes, Milwaukee; Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Brandt, Mrs. Margaret Brandt of Chippewa Falls; Mrs. Forrest Brant, St. Paul, Minn.; Mrs. Chris Christians, Anaheim, Calif.
