Haslett, Harry, (17 Sept 1878-? Nov 1964)
Harry Haslett, 85, of 480 Allen Street, Fond du Lac, died at 10:29 a.m. Mr.
Haslett had been connected with the Fond du Lac county welfare department as a
bookkeeper after coming to this city in 1930. He was a former bank receiver for
the state banking commission.
Born September 17, 1878, he resided at
Loyal until moving to Fond du Lac. He was married May 29, 1903 to the late
Minnie Ware at Greenwood.
Hi wife preceded him in death five years ago.
Survivors include one sister, Mrs, Ethel White, Spokane, Washington; and
nieces.
He was also preceded in death by his parents.
The funeral
services were held Friday, October 30 at 10 a.m. for the Veckar-Witt Funeral
Home and the services conducted by the Rev. Martin Koehler.
Masonic rites
were conducted by the Rev. Paul Doering.
Pallbearers were Jesse Raab,
Vern Kauffman, Ray Prior, Herb White, Hal Voight and Roy Hales.
Burial
was made in the Greenwood Cemetery.
