College Notes (17 July - 2013)
The
following area students were among the May 11 graduates of the University of
Wisconsin-Platteville:
Loyal - Mitchell Bauer, civil engineering major;
Owen - Jesse Holtz, criminal justice major; Unity - Nicholas Schnabel,
mechanical engineering major;
Rhiannon Mohan, an industrial engineering
major from Colby, was named to the Milwaukee School of Engineering dean’s list
(GPA 3.2 or higher) for the 2013 spring quarter.
Timothy J. Gelhaus of
Owen was named to the dean’s list (GPA 3.65 or above) at Clarke University,
Dubuque, IA, of the spring 2013 semester.
The following area students
received degrees during spring commencement at the University of Wisconsin-River
Falls in May:
Curtiss - Heather Bakke, Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in
