Real winter weather, number of frozen hands and feet.

John Minsaas has been shipping wood to Eau Claire this week.

Oliver Hendrickson and Iver Hembre drove to Loyal Tuesday.

Alfred Hendrickson came down from Park Falls Saturday with a frozen foot.

A social time was held at Hans Ystad's Saturday night in honor of Miss Ida Buttke.

Mrs. Hendrickson and son Oliver transacted business at the county seat on Saturday.

G.F. Garvin, the cattle bury from Loyal, was called on farmers around here Saturday.

A farewell was given to Mrs. Alice Stabnow Saturday night at R. Hacker's place. She leaves Monday for the west.

Hon. W.S. Irvin took the F. & N.E. train here Saturday enroute for Madison, where he is going to serve as sergeant at arms in the legislature.
