Dr. Schofield drove through here Monday.

Daugherty of Spencer came Tuesday to haul logs with his son and A.F. Varney.
The society will meet with Mrs. H. Ketchpaw March 11th. Everybody please
come.
Mr. Van Alstine went to Withee Thursday to meet his parents from
Boyd. They will visit him for a few days.
A.M. White and wife of
Greenwood drove through here Sunday.
Bernhard Haglund visited Vernie
Varney in Greenwood Saturday and Sunday.
Several families from Iowa have
bought land near here and moved their household goods into the "driving shanty"
until they get houses built on their land.
Mrs. Halkney reports seeing a
couple of the prominent ladies of Hemlock on their way to Greenwood Saturday and
mistook them for foreigners.
