Mr. and Mrs.
Swenson certainly deserve the praise of getting up a fine program.
Charlie Mead, who has been visiting relatives and friends here for some time,
returned to his home in Minneapolis on Friday.
Mrs. Julius Sorenson, on
her way home from Stetsonville last Tuesday, got as far as Owen, where she was
taken sick with La Grippe, and has been unable to get home as of yet.
Donald Hunt and Hazel Bryden of Greenwood attended the exercises at the church
Easter Sunday, after which they drove over and spent the afternoon with Miss
Alida Swenson.
Election day was quite exciting, the nomination ticket was
elected, and the vote against license was carried by seven majority. The Ladies'
Aid did well at their lunch table, having cleared $3.50 above expenses.
