Mrs. Geo. Sullivan and baby
Elroy of Colby are visiting at H. Meyers'.
Mr. and Mrs. W. Zassenhaus
left for Sparta today, having charge of the two youngest children of Wm. Shenks
by his first wife, to place them in the home of dependent children.
Miss
Pauline Sommers is visiting at Whittlesea.
Miss Evaline Kobs of Colby has
been visiting at Fred Marquardt's the past week.
Paul Woick, who has been
employed at Julius Kobs' in the town of Colby, has returned home here.
Tena Gosse, who has been staying with Mrs. H. Ecker at Maple Grove, has returned
home.
Rev. Behrendt attended Lutheran Conference at Phillips the past
week.
Otto Janke's home was the scene of a very merry gathering Friday
evening.
