Dells Dam (6 Jan 1916)

Leone Horton has the grip.

A. Braman is still under the doctor’s care.

Rev. Pinney was down Sunday and preached at the church.

The Sewing circle will meet with Mrs. Charles Lueck Thursday, the 13th. There will be election of officers and other business that may come up.

The dance at Leighton’s was well attended.

The rain Saturday was fine. The storm did no damage to the telephone lines.

Victor Horton sawed wood for Claude Schilling Tuesday.

Carl Guse bought 300 bushel of oats from Richard Lynch at 34c per bu.

John Johnson has the tax roll ready now.

Charley Horton is sick with the grip.

School commenced Monday.
