M.C. Thomas has been pretty busy the past week putting up yellow signs on
front doors, but that doesn’t seem strong enough to keep them in, except those
who are sick in bed. There are 20 cases now and we are looking for more.
The Ladies Aid did not meet this month on account of measles.
Mrs. James
Carter spent Friday night at Ed. Short’s, helping care for her little grandson
who has the measles.
Jesse Wilding and wife spent one day last week at
John McCarl’s. Mr. Smith and daughter, Nellie, Sundayed at Arthur Wilding’s.
Walter Bell and wife were callers at Mr. Dudgeon’s Saturday afternoon.
Mesdames McPherson and Van Fleet spent Thursday with the latter’s daughter,
Mrs. J.A. Short.
Sam Ferguson and wife were callers at J.A. Short’s
Monday afternoon.
