Sherwood (14 May 1970)

Mr. and Mrs. Russell Jacobson were in Madison Friday. They called on Harold Freedlund who is a surgical patient there. From there they went on to Rockford, Ill. Mrs. Ritter returned with them and will spend the summer here.

Mrs. Teckla Carlson of Rockford, Ill., is visiting at the Chester Freedlund home.

Mr and Mrs. Dean Nelson of Amherst were dinner guests Sunday at the Francis Jacobson home.

Mr. and Mrs. Herb Ziebart and family of Brown Deer were weekend gu4ests at the Charles and Ivan Schwanebeck home.

Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Schwanebeck and family, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Schwanebeck, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Schwanebeck and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Herb Ziebart and family were dinner guests Sunday at the Albert Hasz home in Lynn.

Mr. and Mrs. Norman Freedlund and family and Mr. and Mrs. Arlan Castner and family were dinner guests Sunday at the James Freedlund home in Vesper.

Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Huth, Sr., of Granton called at the Charles Schwanebeck home Friday evening.

Joe Jacobson had surgery on Monday and is still in the hospital in Marshfield.

Mr. and Mrs. Jim Peterson of Wisconsin Rapids spent the weekend at the Ardo Fluegel home.

Mr. and Mrs. Milden Schwanebeck and family and Mrs. Paul Schwanebeck went to Rockford, Ill., for the weekend and visited at the Ted Schwanebeck home. On Sunday they attended the confirmation of Lori Schwanebeck.

Mr. and Mrs. Ardo Fluegel and family spent the weekend fishing at Hayward.

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Wilhorn of Nekoosa were dinner guests at the John Fluegel home. Other visitors during the day were Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Larson and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Gehre of Nekoosa.
