The dance in Meyers Hall Saturday evening was well attended and a good time
is reported by all.
M. Meyers and daughter Cora will leave for Milwaukee
Tuesday morning to attend the fair and visit relatives, and from there will
visit Rockford, Ill., and then return home.
Miss Schoeman returned home
from Tioga Wednesday morning.
Mr. and Mrs. Sampe visited with Mr. and
Mrs. Ecke Sunday afternoon and evening.
While taking lunch to the
threshers, two girls were unfortunate in starting a runaway, but no one was
injured.
Master Clarence Wiedenhoef of Colby is visiting with his
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Plutte.
Mrs. Jens and children were visitors
under the parental roof Sunday afternoon and evening.
Fred Gosse is going
to leave for Medford next week.
Edgar Ecke, who has been attending school
in Sheboygan, returned home for a visit this week, but will leave for Thorp
tomorrow.
