Rugg, George Richard (Military Notes - 1970)

George Richard Rugg, D. P. I., and his wife, Barbara, and sons, Allen and Erick, are visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Rayburn of Rt. 3 Neillsville. They were stationed at Portsmouth, Va., while he served aboard the aircraft carrier, John F. Kennedy. On June 23, they will leave from McGuire AFB, N.J., for England, where they will live for the next three years while he is employed in the Fleet Operational Control Center, located near the United States Embassy.
