Ruth I. Rychnovsky, 87, of Neillsville
died Sunday, Aug. 11, 2013, at the Oakwood Villa in Altoona.

Kutsche was born June 21, 1926, in Neillsville, the daughter of Ray and Hattie
(Liskow) Kutsche. She graduated from Neillsville High School and started what
became a 34-year career of working at the Clark County Courthouse. Ruth started
out as a court reporter and worked her way up to a legal secretary for the
district attorney’s office. Ruth was united in marriage to Edward Rychnovsky May
1, 1948.
Ruth was a warm and generous person who loved to entertain and
cook for friends and especially her children and grandchildren. No one left her
house hungry. She loved to play bridge, shop and get together with her “Coffee
Women.” Ruth was a member of the Business and Professional Women’s Club and St.
Mary’s Catholic Church.
She is survived by a son, Scott (Donna)
Rychnovsky of Beaver Dam, a daughter, Lori (Mark) Anderson of Altoona, and two
grandchildren, Andrea (Gary Grebel and Jackson Anderson. She is also survived by
a sister, Vada Meske of Marshfield.
Ruth was preceded in death by her
parents, her husband and a brother-in-law, Albert Meske.
A Mass of
Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, at St. Mary’s
Catholic Church in Neillsville. The celebrant will be Rev. Varkey V. Joseph.
Music will be provided by St. Mary’s Choir and Ronnie Resong, organist.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday morning at the
Church. Interment will be in the Neillsville City Cemetery.
