Everyone is pleased that spring is
here. The first day of spring certainly was a beautiful day, but the following
day reminded us of winter again.
Mrs. R.D. Ingham and son are spending a
few days visiting with the home folks in Spencer.
Lulu Bedell is keeping
house for Mrs. Ingham during her absence.
There was a party in R.D.
Ingham’s hall Thursday night. All who attended report a fine time.
Vera
Slover visited with relatives at Chili last week.
C.J. Bigelow is working
for his brother-in-law, Fred Hill. He drove over and spent Sunday with the
family and returned to Chili Monday.
Clark Wilcox went to Osseo Saturday
to work for a Mr. Henry.
Beulah and Marie McCune arrived here Monday from
Waterloo, Ia.
The farmers are quite busy getting their bolts and wood
hauled while the snow is on.
