The Club meeting was postponed Wednesday
night on account of sickness and cold weather.
Nearly all the children in
this vicinity are having a hard cough. Some think it is the whooping cough.
There are quite a lot of logs piled up on the mill ground and along the
track.
J.M. Palms has been feeling quite bad with the rheumatism for the
last week or two.
Rev. John Willan came Friday morning from Eau Claire
and held services in the schoolhouse Friday night, Saturday night and three
times Sunday.
