A surprise party was given Monday night in
honor of P.C. Johnson. About fifty of his friends and neighbors called on him.
Ole Christopherson and Price Vine started for the west Tuesday.
Mrs.
F. Klino and son Fred moved to Marshfield the latter part of last week.
Mr. Wichman from Sheboygan County has purchased the Mrs. F. Klino farm in the
town of Beaver and has already taken possession.
Edward J. Hembre came
down from Ashland Friday.
Olaf Bragstad and Emil Englebretson went up to
Ladysmith Tuesday.
Ole Bragstad traded horses with Otto Behrens last
week.
