Donna M. Emer, 79, of Humbird

children and Black River Memorial Hospice. Donna Mae Emer, daughter of Louis and
Lillian (Nelson) Primus, was born Jan. 13, 1934, on the Primus family farm,

married life on the Emer family farm, where they raised their two children.
After raising her family, she was employed for several years at the Hardees
Restaurant in Black River Falls, where, in her district, she was awarded the
honor of “Best Hardees Biscuit Maker.” She went on to regional competition in
St. Louis, where she received second place. Donna excelled at baking and enjoyed
doing it. She also loved gardening, working crossword puzzles and spending time
with loved ones. She had a tremendous love for her Lord and Savior with
unfaltering faith. She took great comfort and serenity in the many house she
spent praying. She truly was an “angel among us”.
