Braun, Tillie (16 March 1890 - 14 June 1971)

Mrs. Edward Braun, 81, of Sheboygan Falls, died June 14 at the Heritage Nursing Center there.

Mrs. Braun, the former Tillie Schomberg, was born March 16, 1890, in the Town of Sheboygan Falls. Her first marriage took place there on May 7, 1911, to Harry Boll. He died April 21, 1946. She was married to Edward Braun on October 5, 1957. He died December 6, 1967. She was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid Society.

Surviving are four sons, Hubert Boll of Plymouth, Elmer Boll of Burlington, Harry Boll of Appleton and Marvin Boll of Sheboygan; three daughters: Mrs. Elvera Voss of Plymouth, Mrs. Willard (Luellen) Greisch of Milwaukee and Mrs. Lloyd (Florence) Haas of Sheboygan; two step-sons, Clayton Braun of Greenwood and Dr. Edward Braun of Brookfield; a step-daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Iris) Phillips of Fresno, Calif.; a brother, Otto Schomberg of Sheboygan Falls; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held last week Thursday from St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls. The Rev. A. G. Biemer officiated. Burial was made in the church cemetery.

Greenwood people who attended were Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Braun and son, David, Mrs. Clara Liebzeit, Harry Liebzeit and Mr. and Mr. Norman Liebzeit.
