Boettcher, Albert (08 Feb 1897-24 Jan 1967)
Albert Boettcher, 69, route 1, Loyal, died of a heart attack at 11 p.m.
Tuesday, January 24, at his home in the town of Beaver.
Services were
held at the Myre Funeral Home in Loyal on Saturday, January 28. The Rev. M. L.
Yonker, pastor of St. John’s Lutheran Church, north Spencer officiated. Burial
was made in the Pine Grove cemetery.
Pallbearers were Walter Osterman,
Charles Porter, Fred Sell, Arnold Pieper, Ben Clouse and Alois Bielen.
Mr. Boettcher was born February 2, 1897, in the town of Beaver, and had lived on
the home farm his entire life. He never married. He retired from active farming
several years ago.
He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church at
Riplinger.
Survivors are two sisters. Miss Hermina Boettcher, route 1,
Loyal; and Mrs. John (Martha) Luther, Wausau and a brother, Max Boettcher, Sugar
Grove, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by by one brother and three
sisters.
