Miss
Sandra Lee Lemke, route 1, Loyal and Bruce Allen Pratz, route 2, Rhinelander
exchanged wedding vows at Trinity Lutheran Church, Loyal, on January 28 at 2
p.m. The Rev. A. M. Moldenhauer officiated.
Parents of the couple are Mr.
and Mrs. Harold Lemke, route 1, Loyal and Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Pratz, route 2,
Rhinelander.
The bride was given in marriage by her father appeared
before a altar adorned with two white mum plants. She was seen in a white gown
with a sweetheart neckline decorated with seed pearls and sequins; the bodice of
chantilly lace with panels of chantilly lace over a hoop skirt which was of
organza over net with a train. Her rosette crown net veil as trimmed with seed
pearls and sequins. The bride’s bouquet consisted of one dozen pink roses
surrounded by white carnations.
Miss Bobbi Dietrich, Rockford, Illinois
as the maid of honer; and Miss Barbara Lemke, Loyal was the bridesmaid.
The aides wore floor-length pink silk organza over taffeta gowns with a
controlled skirt and fitted bodice and embroidered front and scoop neckline.
They carried nosegays of pink carnations surrounded by miniature white mums.
Mr. Donald Nitzel, Eagle River served as best man and Mr. Mike Baxter,
Wausau as groomsman. Ushers were Mr. Donald Stover, Good Thunder, Minnesota; and
Mr. David Nitzel, Eagle River.
Wedding events included a dinner held at
the Church Fellowship Hall at4:30 p.m. followed by a wedding reception from 8-12
at the Star Lodge.
The bride graduated from Loyal High in 1965, and
attended WSU at Stevens Point. Her husband graduated from Three Lakes High
School in 1965 and is a student at WSU at Stevens Point.
The couple will
make their home at Stevens Point.
Guests attending the wedding came from
Herscher, Peotone, and Rockford, Illinois; Denver, Colorado; Good Thunder and
Minneapolis, Minnesota; Madison, Stevens Point, Janesville, Green Bay, Amherst,
Wausau, Marshfield, Neillsville, Greenwood, West Bend, Loyal and Chili.
